The Office of Leadership Development and School Improvement collaborates with local school systems to collect teacher and principal evaluation data. The data is then distilled into a Teacher Data Portal, Teacher Evaluation Data Downloads, and Teacher and Principal Evaluation Descriptive Reports. In addition, the teacher and principal evaluation system in Maryland has also been examined in research reports.
